Job Summary:


Within this role you will work in the Marketing Department and will work closely with all departments, in particular the Sales Departments and HR Department.


Responsible for all aspects of marketing including the responsibility for increasing brand awareness of our group of brands, and for managing lead generation activity, through a range of tactical communications (PR, Events, Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, sponsorship, etc) and improving internal communications within the business. The role will assist the Marketing Director in all aspects of the Marketing department.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Close liaison with the network of branches and work alongside regional and National sales teams to help plan brand-building and lead generation campaigns to drive sales for each branch.
  • Support, protect and promote the Mobile Mini and Mr Box brands and encourage growth of a strong public image, including day to day liaison with our external PR agency. 
  • Planning, delivering and measuring targeted proactive marketing plans for the branch network that will offer a cost- effective way of achieving branch business targets.
  • Implementation and evaluation of a variety of marketing campaigns throughout the year for Mobile Mini and Mr Box.
  • Creating fresh and engaging content and combine this with high quality imagery and video content to be used for a range of different channels; social media, website blogs, sales support material and internal communications publications.
  • Act as day to day liaison with 3rd party agencies and formulate briefs to commission suppliers in the procurement of externally sourced work, e.g. promotional items, video production, exhibitions, etc.
  • Establishment and maintenance of a corporate photography bank
  • Working with colleagues to  implement communications protocols & ensure brand integrity is maintained
  • Monitoring and analysing market trends to ensure that products and services are marketed correctly
  • Plan multi-channel campaigns to attract new client relationships & improve client retention with regular communications and targeted special offers
  • Produce buyer persona research for strategic and campaign planning, including SEO & digital content
  • Market analysis and identifying market gaps and opportunities
  • Organisation of commercial trade events.
  • Promote and build internal communications tools to improve staff engagement
  • Attending trade shows and conferences when required

Personal Profile

This is a highly versatile role ideal for someone looking to further develop their abilities and learn new skills. This person will ideally have experience in a content, marketing or copywriting position with some evidence of creating content for both online and offline channels and for multi-channel campaigns.
