Salary: £22,225 - £28,132 + Bonus + Holidays

Overall Job Summary: To provide assistance to the Branch Manager by managing the office paperwork, procedures and providing guidance to the office staff whilst promoting a positive atmosphere in the office

 

Key Tasks

  •  
  • Responsible for completing branch invoicing, including sales invoices, relocations, damages and rebills
  • Responsibility for ensuring all activations on daily basis of hire and sales contract are completed
  • Work with Credit Control/Purchase Ledger to resolve customer invoice queries
  • Complete purchasing processes for the branch to include stock for the Yard, office supplies and trucking purchase orders
  • Manage the petty cash on a day to day basis
  • Complete X-hire approval requests and activations.
  • Sourcing of X-hired equipment and placing the order with suppliers
  • Delegate responsibilities efficiently and ensure all office staff are aware of their own and other’s responsibilities in the office.
  • Effective management of container locks and keys
  • Adhere to all Mobile Mini procedures and paperwork
  • Receive and collate information from the branch
  • Knowledge of all of the company computer systems
  • Assist the Branch Manager in maintaining and promoting a positive working environment.

    Competencies and qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • High level of commitment and flexibility required
  • Able to work in a team and encourage a supportive, positive atmosphere
  • Be passionate about providing the best customer service
  • Always maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Be honest and open with both customers and colleagues at all times
